Here are 2 good options:

Option 1
Try Recover Workout 008. It’s one of my favorites.

Do Recover 008 AFTER you workout or on a day off.

Go light and manage range of motion on the good mornings so you aren’t sore the next day.

Recover workouts should make you feel better, not worse. 🙂

Option 2
If your low back and or hips are an issue try the Low Back Attack guided series.

Do 2-4 Low Back Attack sessions per week AFTER you workout or on a day off.
